Halton Housing Cavity Wall Tie Replacements & Associated Works - AWARD

Halton Housing sought bids in respect of cavity wall tie replacements and associated works 22/23 to addresses in Halton as part of the Investment Works 22/23 programme works. The addresses will be occupied for the duration of the works.

The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with a single contractor. The contract will be for an initial 9 months with 2 annual options to extend by a further 12 months up to a maximum 2 years and 9 months total contract term (roughly 1+1+1).

The first 9 month contract period will be approximately £175,000 in value. The two further 12 month contract periods will both be approximately £300,000 if the option is taken. The total value of this contract is therefore £775,000
