****THIS IS A CONTRACT AWARD NOTICE NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION *** This procurement is being concluded as a direct award Brief Description of Requirement Department for Science Innovation and Technology (DSIT) requires a web accessibility audit to be carried out on Scotland Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Fund (SPSHDF) Phase 3 As a public body, there is the need for the website to comply with WCAG 2.2 Level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), to meet the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (PSBAR). Scotland Public Sector Heat Decarbonisation Fund (SPSHDF) Phase 3 is a grant funding programme supporting public sector organisations in Scotland to decarbonise heat systems and improve energy efficiency. Public information confirms that the Phase 3 scheme received applications during Spring 2026 and supports the delivery of eligible decarbonisation projects.
