Arkenfordwatersports participation survey ( now formally known as The Nursery Research and Planning LTD) this project has been running for over 10 years now, made up of Consortium members such as Royal Yachting Association , The Royal National Lifeboat Institution and British Marine Federation . Report produced showing findings of research and watersports participation by activity. MCA is a member of this consortium and the data is used to show trend analysis for drowning prevention. First invoice for 50% of the total contract.
