Preparation of a Master Plan Supplementary Planning Document for the Sustainable Urban Extension at South of Whiston and Land South of the M62

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council (MBC) wishes to commission consultants to develop a master plan for the site referred to as Sustainable Urban Extensions (or ‘SUE’) at: South of Whiston and Land South of the M62. The SUE is allocated for development in Knowsley’s Local Plan: Core Strategy, adopted in January 2016.
