Description

1. Supporting the infrastructure technical design activity and acting as the Councils point of contact. 2. Supporting all survey activity required to inform the technical design, acting as the Councils point of contact and co-ordinating with landowners either directly or through JLL. 3. Managing closing activities for the Arcadis LDO commission. 4. Supporting the procurement of infrastructure design and delivery activities for SVEZ and or via the SVL direct award through Pagabo, including preparation of a scope as necessary. 5. Procurement of a consultant to support the Council in negotiations for the agreed Delivery Strategy for plots at SVEZ. 6. Support the Council team through the CPO resolution Cabinet decision.
