WNC CLEANING SERVICE PROCUREMENT- MINI COMPETITION ESPO FRAMEWORK 263_20

The Contractor shall provide the Council with a quality managed building cleaning service to all establishments identified in Appendix A to the standards and specification set out in Appendix B. Inclusive, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Council.
