TOGETHER HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED is a charitable housing association registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014 and is the parent company to a number of subsidiaries. The main subsidiary being Together Housing Association (THA), which is where the social housing stock is owned and managed.(registration number IP28687R) whose registered office is at Bull Green House, Halifax HX1 2EB, for itself and as an agent for its present and future subsidiaries. The Employer requires Removal and replacement of all roofing and ancilliary works, including roof line and rainwater goods and site surveys to be carried out, but not limited to, any managed or owned property of Together Housing Association Limited or any subsidiary thereof over various locations throughout the full THA geographical coverage. ('the Contract Area') in accordance with the details set out or referred to in the Contract Particulars.
