York Teaching Hospital Facilities Management is to offer ONE Lot\. Lot 1: To appoint a supplier to provide a supply of Catering trays and consumables for the current food sealing machine\. \(Current machine is a "02 2500MF - Serial number 7855"\) or a supplier to provide a F\.O\.C sealing machine suitable for completing the task of meeting the LLP production kitchen and all legal requirements and all of the catering trays and consumables required for that machine\.
