We are looking to develop a comprehensive IT training offering for desk-based staff. The aims of the approach are:

• Provide all staff with access to quality and timely live IT training to suit their current skill level • Support staff to develop knowledge of new or upgraded systems - for example, Windows 11 • Help staff to be as productive and efficient as possible in their roles, by improving digital skills
