KPI Requirements: complete a discovery phase with senior leadership within the Intelligence & Digital \(I&D\) division\. KPI Design: complete a design phase against the agreed requirements to recommend a set of KPIs, with viable data sources and KPI visualisation options\. KPI Delivery: oversee the delivery phase, supporting FCA in-house delivery resource to produce and publish the KPIs to the agreed design / visualisation\.
