Development of a design brief covering the needs of special schools

Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is considering options for redeveloping existing Primary Sector and Secondary Sector Special Schools. The design of a special school is a specialist area and requires the development of a design brief that takes account of the additional needs of the pupils concerned. The design brief will need to be sufficiently detailed so that it can be used as a basis for engaging architectural or multi-disciplinary consultancy services to carry out a subsequent feasibility study.
