Redbridge Tree Stock Delivery 1

Description

Please provide a quotation to supply and deliver tree stock to Redbridge on Friday the 28th of November 2025. Delivery address: Barkingside Nursery, Station Road, Barkingside, Essex, IG6 1NB and it can accommodate an articulated lorry between 8am and 4pm. The species, size and stock type (containerised and bare root) required are on the attached spreadsheet. The spreadsheet lists species, number required and confirms the 10/12 girth size required; there are then two stock type sections to provide your quotation for 45ltr Containers and/or bareroot. Each highlighted stock type section contains fields for you to enter unit cost (excluding VAT and delivery) and if necessary fields to indicate alternative size and/or species. If specified girths are not available we would prefer alternatives to be a size smaller if that is possible, if not a slightly larger size. In addition to the cost of species we require costs for delivery; therefore, please provide delivery costs bandings on the second tab (ie under £5,000.00 is £85 for delivery and over £5,000.00 is free delivery) so we may that calculate delivery costs for the species we would like from each supplier. Please submit quotations by midday 12pm Monday 3 November 2025.
