GB-Colchester: Roof Repairs and PV Installation to Colchester Garrison Gym

Colchester Borough Homes, acting on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to repair The Garrison Gym Roof with the replacement of Solar PV Panels at The C3 Centre, Ypres Road, Colchester, Essex, CO2 7UW. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The timelines for the work are purely for guidance and bidders are to stipulate within their bid submission the actual timeframes for completing the works which will include a 12 month rectification period.
