T0495 Pavement Materials Performance Assessment 2023-26

National Highways 'the Client' wishes to set up a contract to provide access to Specialist Consultants with extensive knowledge of pavement engineering research and pavement monitoring and with access to unique facilities to assist National Highways. This in turn will assist NH to bring innovations into standards and working practices, delivering RIS schemes more efficiently and working toward the HE commitment to low carbon technology.
