For the provision of Employee Assistance Programmes

The Greater Manchester HR Collaboration are looking to procure an Employee Assistance Programme offer via the CCS Framework for a number of Authorities and Partners across Greater Manchester.

Through collaborative contracting the participating Councils seek to provide a consistent EAP offer across our organisations that will;

• Deliver cost effective Wellbeing Services which maximise value for money for all participating Councils through the delivery of a timely, effective, modern and quality service within Greater Manchester and beyond; • Continually improve services offering further cost savings and service improvements; • Deliver a service that is able to accommodate the different organisational structures, operating styles, cultures and job roles present in each of the participating Councils; • Provide a service that supports the participating Councils' aims and policy objectives of Health, Safety and Wellbeing;
