Scoping and Design of Utility Trade Network

Description

IDS-Phase C programme is required to address cross government operational and commercial data needs. The ability to access operational and commercially sensitive data that supplement government data will provide enriched, live-streaming insights across industry sectors and cross government departments for public good. The proposed contract outputs will include 1)scoping key sections (industry sectors) to be tested, 2) tracking the value chains to populate taxonomy for selected products, 3) mapping and integrating related innovative research programmes across CE-Hub and 4) preparations required to enable government to convene/co-ordinate/lead a pre-competitive space and apply suitable data governance to address data accessibility and transparency.
