EPR Continuation of Legal Services

Provision of legal advice, support and drafting a in relation to the EPR Project based on the following deliverables: • Quality assuring procurement documentation prepared by Trusts/Nautilus • Updating template LLP call-off contract to reflect any specific for mini-competition (eg to reflect 3 Trust beneficiaries and 1 contracting Trust) • Ad hoc support during mini competition (including any commercial/legal discussions with framework suppliers and drafting responses to clarification questions on the draft contract) • Drafting agreed form of collaboration agreement/MOU between the Trusts (and helping to finalise) • Finalising call-off contract with winning framework supplier, including in person negotiation meetings in London

This is the second Call-Off Contract for the Project to cover the additional costs of the Project deliverables.
