Consultants for Driving Social Mobility in Degree Apprenticeships project

Leeds Trinity University is leading the 'Driving Social Mobility (DSM) through Degree Apprenticeships' project. The project will provide a significant step-change to the current education landscape and aims to enable a number of Higher Education providers to develop and deliver new degree apprenticeships, as well as providing new training routes for local employers and young people. The project involves various stakeholders including: other universities, colleges, schools, academies, employers, professional bodies, and the Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership.

The project brings together multiple Higher Education providers to work jointly on the development of systems and curricula in order to deliver an ambitious target of over 300 new Degree Apprenticeship places from September 2018.

Leeds Trinity University seeks to commission individuals on a self-employed basis and/or organisations able to offer advice and expertise in the following areas: • Degree Apprenticeship Implementation (LOT 1) • Teacher Apprenticeships (LOT 2) • Healthcare Apprenticeships (LOT 3) • Nursing Apprenticeships (LOT 4) • Construction and the Built Environment Apprenticeships (LOT 5) • Policing Apprenticeships (LOT 6) • Social Work (LOT 7)
