Trinity Foyer Refurbishment Works

Maidstone Borough Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for refurbishment works to be undertaken to Trinity Foyer, 20 Church Street, Maidstone, Kent. The appointed contractor will be required to work alongside the Council's appointed Employers Agent (Bailey Garner) and ensure that the refurbishment works are compliant with the design and specification and are in accordance with good construction refurbishment works practice. Further details regarding this project and how to respond to this Selection Stage are set out below. The completion of the Selection Questionnaire and Selection Criteria Questions at Appendix 1 must be submitted on the Kent Business Portal by 12:00pm on Friday 18th December 2020.
