Engagement Manager

- Taking responsibility for direct engagement, monitoring and support of a portfolio of PHAs. - Keeping PHAs updated on the latest policy and delivery positions. - Ensuring PHAs have opportunities to share feedback and concerns regarding Defra's delivery work. - Contributing to central reporting on PHA readiness. - Facilitating engagement of other Defra teams, and possibly OGDs, with PHAs, including on Government comms. - Reporting issues faced by PHAs to relevant teams in Defra, OGDs or other organisations such as the FSA, and monitoring progress in mitigating actions. - More generally for the team they will contribute to commissions and lines to take and ensure the feedback and views of the PHAs are appropriately accounted for in the team's decisions.
