## Description

The contractor will be responsible for: \(a\) the design, development and implementation of all the works required for the replacement of the two boilers; \(b\) the preparation, if required, of fully co-ordinated working drawings; \(c\) the supply and installation of plant and materials, including the relocation of existing services and equipment where required; \(d\) any associated minor builders' work; \(e\) some minor redecoration and repair works; \(f\) the testing and setting to work and commissioning in a manner to suit the contract programme; \(g\) the provision of handover documents and, if applicable, drawings\.
