This Invitation to Tender is issued by Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) on behalf of Ubico Ltd and are seeking a single supplier to join a framework agreement for the management of haulage, sale/disposal of recycling products.\r \r The framework agreement will be divided into 3 lots as below. Tenderers are required to bid for all 3 lots. It is the Company's intention to award a call off contract for Lot 1 following the award of the framework contract.
