## Description

To provide General Project Management Services and the role of the NEC 3 PM and NEC4 PM to carry out all delegated duties under PSC TSC ECC and ECSC, to support the Employer in the delivery of, one or a cluster of, projects to which it has been appointed\. The Consultant makes sure, when planning resources, it accounts for the approach to regional and scheme delivery, which may result in detailed design and construction phases running concurrently\.
