Work description
The Council has appointed Place Services via a Call Off agreement under Central Bedfordshire Council's Regeneration and Business Consultancy Framework to provide urban design guidance regarding preapplication advice and the consideration of reserved matters applications for Parcel 1 and 2 within Area 3 of the Houghton Regis North Site 1 (Linmere) development.
