P5645 FC018 South Dock Bridge Land Acquisition and Commercial Agreements

Description

This contract appoints a multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveying company to provide valuation and land acquisition advice to support the construction of a new foot bridge linking South Quay and Canary Wharf over the South Dock in the Isle of Dogs. The appointed surveying firm will be required to work with the Council and provide detailed land valuations and lead negotiations with landowners to secure the land required for the bridge to be built. The landowners include Canary Wharf Group, Berkeley Homes and the Canal and River Trust.
