## Description

The Employer \(WDH\) has appointed a consulted to provide Professional Multi-Disciplinary Services related to Asset Management of properties owned/managed by employer\. Multi Disciplinary Services covering disciplines of Employer agent, quantity surveyor, Architectures Services, Mechanical and electrical \(M&E\), Structural & Civil engineering, Building & Stock Condition surveyor, Party wall surveyor, Principal Designer and Lift surveys, audit & Inspections\. The contract period is for 24months from 15th March 2024 to 14th March 2026 with 2 further extension\(s\) possible of 12 months duration, Therefore a maximum contract period of 48 months up to 14th March 2028 based on satisfactory performance and benchmarking\. This Contract is awarded via mini competition from Lot 8A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy services of EN: Procure Consultancy services \(Yorkshire and Humber\) dated 03rd August 2020\(OJEU reference 406077-2020\)
