## Description

Due to the digital upgrade and upcoming switch off of the public switch telephone network \(PSTN\), it is necessary to upgrade Care Connect customer alarms from the existing analogue to new digital alarm units\. A Supplier, \(Chiptech International Limited\) has been identified using the list of call off supplier options on the NHC Technology Enabled Lives \(TEL\) framework\.
