## Description

Huntingdonshire District Council \(HDC\) wishes to appoint a professional and experienced supplier to provide expertise with its Asset Valuations\. Property valuations for the Council should be completed in accordance with the CIPFA/LASAAC Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting \('the Code'\) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors \(RICS\) Valuation Standards \(Red Book\)\. The Council has a 3-year rolling programme of valuations of assets, the current approach is allowable under the new Code of Practice interpretation of International Financial Reporting Standards\.
