Royal Armouries wishes to procure a new picture library system which will allow customers around the globe to search, buy and receive immediately images \(and potentially film and video\) from our collection as a 24/7/365 automated process\. It will also provide the back-end infrastructure required by our Licensing team to operate an effective commercial business \(e\.g\. to manage customer relationships, billing, key-wording and rights management\)\. Suppliers should be able to demonstrate they can provide a service that operates at the professional standard of the modern picture library industry\.
