The contract is to enable the Council to meet its statutory responsibilities under to EC Regulation 853/2004 and 854/2004, Article 3 (as regards the regulation of Live Bivalve Molluscs) in relation to the rivers Blackwater and Crouch, Essex, UK Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
