The provision of highways improvement works on Lytham Road / Church Road Warton and construct a widened four arm traffic signal-controlled junction\. Works involve carriageway construction, kerbing works, installation of new traffic signals, resurfacing, footways, drainage, traffic signs and road markings and new traffic signals with crossing facilities on all arms\.
