Tender for the provision of food safety inspections

Quotations are being sought for the provision of an inspector to undertake food safety inspections of category C and D rated premises which are currently 4 and 5 in terms of the Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS). The contract is for 250 inspections, with the possibility of additional inspections being required on completion of the 250. It is intended that premises will be allocated in batches of approximately 50-60 every 3 months. Inspections, must when practicable, be completed within 3 month period.
