Work description
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) requires the Provider to carry out promotional and education activities in respect of the Yellow Card scheme, through a Yellow Card Centre.
The Services and objectives are as follows:
1. Education - To educate and inform stakeholders including healthcare professionals and patients about the Yellow Card scheme 2. Patient Reporting - To increase patient awareness of Yellow Card reporting and help drive an increase in patient reporting 3. External/Stakeholder communications - To communicate information about the Yellow Card scheme to stakeholders 4. Facilitation - To raise awareness and encourage facilitation of direct Yellow Card reporting from healthcare systems 5. Internal communications - To communicate with the MHRA on a regular basis regarding Yellow Card Strategy and reporting from the YCC regions 6. Analysis - To analyse quarterly supply of Yellow Card data and identify targets for improvement.
