Carry out Retrofit coordintion role at Primrose Hill Stockton. Including Initial set up meetings with Thirteen Group and Contactors. Review of the project plan, Production of the Improvement Option Evaluation and Medium term plan for each property. Briefing on the role of the Retrofit Coordinator, communications channels and required paperwork. Compliance checking at Mid installation and post installation stages. Ongoing support and advice to THirteen Group staff and contractors incuding mentoring, Monthly Progress meetings, Review of post installation compliance paperwork, Completion of lodgement process.
