Construction services - Mossend Ultra High Throughput Laboratory

Provision of programme/construction services to build an "Ultra High Throughput" laboratory. The project did not progress from inception to contract. The works were put on hold prior to a Letter of Intent or subsequent contract being put in place. The contractor had mobilised and incurred costs in this period, however, no agreement was entered into. The start date is when the contractor started incurring costs and the end date is the date of the last payment.

As this contract was not signed the date of the PO has been used in lieu of the signature date.
