## Description

St Andrews and Black Friars Hall, are Grade I listed and Scheduled Monuments dating back to the 14th century, they are owned and managed by Norwich City Council Apart from their heritage and architectural qualities, The Halls provide a unique setting for conferences, weddings, concerts and meetings\. The maximum capacity is 1200 people\. The current fan convector heating system is no longer reliable and requires replacing with Force Flow Fan convectors, associated local pipework and controls require to be upgraded to the appropriate current standards\. The new units have been sized as close as possible to the existing to minimize disruption to the surrounding areas\. The proposed start date will be August 2016\.
