Description

Gateshead College is seeking bids from suitably experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of Estates Professional Services. The requirements comprise the preparation of an Estate Strategy, to include an options appraisal for the future direction of the estate portfolio, and condition surveying of existing College buildings. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
