Further Provision of LoCTA Unlimited Annual Licence Agreement C011511

Southend-on-Sea City Council is seeking continued provision of LoCTA Hub Unlimited Annual Licence SaaS software and support services. The solution is to help with the recovery of debts for Council Tax and Housing Benefit Overpayments, Business Rates and Sundry Debts. The SaaS Solution is to allow us to: - share data with licensed Local Authorities, County Councils and Central Government agencies; and/or - access data from licensed Local Authorities, County Councils and Central Government agencies. Noting that data will only be sharable and accessible by County Councils and/or Central Government agencies where consent has been provided by the relevant Local Authority.
