Continuation of pre-construction activities and the provision of early works for the Leigh Port Regeneration Scheme, Leigh-on-Sea, Southend-on-Sea. The works include the continuation of design development, surveys, investigations, stakeholder engagement activities, site preparation works and other early works associated with the regeneration of Leigh Port and the proposed dredging of the adjacent channel.
