GDS Academy Training Contract

This is an Inter-governmental department SLA agreement relationship between GDS Academy (Part of the Cabinet Office) and NHS Digital. It fits the government agenda of upskilling other public bodies through training and development. The NHS Digital's Learning & Development team are at the forefront of this project. The Spend on this contract is relatively low compared to obtaining the same training from an external, non-governmental or private training provider and the agreement is based on a SLA relationship between GDS Academy and NHS Digital.

This used to be free of charge but because of the change in budget they now charge for the training only.

This is an on-going contract guided by the attached SLA document and a MOU.
