Description

Dev Ops Service VARIATION This variation increases the value of the contract from £10,625,000 to £13,577,494.00. This variation is being made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The services provided under the contract remain the same, being the day-to-day operations, ongoing maintenance, and support of the transform capability for the NHS Login service. However, there has been an unforeseen need to uplift the contract value to facilitate the continuation of support while a re-procurement and transition to a new agreement continues. The current contract value including this variation is £13,577,494.00. It has also come to the attention of NHS England that the original Total Awarded Value and Contract End Date in the Contract Notice were published excluding the optional extension period. The correct Total Awarded Value was £10,625,000 (rising to £13,577,494.00 under this variation), and the correct Contract End Date is 28/04/2027.
