PEDPS Contract 17208 - HMP Haverigg, Catering

Vocational training that is learner focussed and employer led. The aim is to support learners in the achievement of vocational work skills, the acquisition of professional work behaviours and provide graduates of the programme with employment on release.

The tender requires the successful provider to deliver a recognised level 2 qualification in Catering and Food preparation. The preferred options of which are:

- Level 2 diploma qualifications in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts, City & Guilds (course number 8065-02) - Hospitality and Catering Level 2 (course number 7132) specialising in the - Diploma in Professional cookery (Preparation and Cooking) 7132-07)

This course will be delivered to men already working within the catering department, including those working in HMP Haverigg's award winning smokery in a fully equipped area. As such, there are no set up costs anticipated in delivering this tender.
