Delivery of Training to Apprentices

Description

whg require a training provider/s to: - Work in partnership with us, to co-create the programmes necessary to achieve the apprenticeship standards or frameworks for the range of roles specified and establish programme schedules mapping delivery - Provide a fully costed breakdown for all programmes to include third party end point assessments where required - Deliver high quality learning programmes and activities that fully utilise the on-the-job experience gained - Manage all administration with qualification awarding bodies where required from enrolment to external verification and award - Provide regular formative feedback directly to our apprentices and their line managers - Establish and implement a robust monitoring and reporting system, to include management information about the programmes, to be reported to the Learning & Development Manager each quarter - Identify and integrate measures or indicators for VFM and return on investment into those reporting arrangements
