Work description
The Garden and Home Improvement Service offers the following services to council dwellings and vulnerable council tenants who need help and support to maintain their tenancy:
• A tidy garden scheme for qualifying council tenants. • A garden enhancement (low maintenance) and environmental improvement programme. • A decorating service for selected vacant and occupied dwellings.
