CPCA - LTCP Integrated Impact Assessment

Produce an Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA), supporting the CPCA's refreshed \r Local Transport & Connectivity Plan (LTCP). This assessment will be undertaken in order to \r determine the impact of the policies and strategies contained within the LTCP, developed by the \r CPCA.\r \r Services and Deliverables required\r Provide transport consultancy services, which will largely be report-based, and include \r the following:\r • Integrated Impact Assessment (IIA), comprising:\r o Strategic Environment Assessment (SEA) Report\r o Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) Screening Review Report\r o Community Impact Assessment (CIA), incorporating:\r ? Equalities Impact Assessment (EqIA)\r ? Health Impact Assessment (HRA)\r \r Optional Services required\r Transport planning and stakeholder engagement consultancy services related to the Local \r Transport and Connectivity Plan and ancillary and follow-on work
