GB-Braintree: Road Maintenance

Braintree District Council are looking for a Contractor to carry out road maintenance at various areas around the District. These areas are –

28-30 Wulvesford, Witham, CM8 1NL Halstead Leisure Centre, Halstead, CO9 2HR Footpath adjacent Library, Stoneham Street, Coggeshall, CO6 1UH Homefield Way, Earls Colne, CO6 2SL Driberg Way, Braintree, CM7 1NB Warner Drive Road and Car Park, Braintree, CM7 2YW

The breakdown of works for each of the above sites including Bill of Quantities (Appendix A) and the Materials and Workmanship Specification (Appendix B) are attached as separate appendices, along with the Pricing Schedule.

Timescales - Works to be completed by the end of Autumn 2016 (31st November 2016)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
