GB-Lowestoft: Water Lane Roof Projects

The works will involve coating the roofs of the plant room, the store, the swimming pool, squash court and play kingdom and party/function/meeting with a cold set liquid applied membrane and making good to capping details throughout the site.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
