9669 - Procurement of works - Flat Roofs Overlay for Norwich City Council City Hall

Norwich City Council requires a single supplier to provide access and repair works to the roof of City Hall, Norwich. These works are being managed by NPS Norwich Ltd - Major works 1 team

The main aim of the scheme is to overlay the asphalt roofs of City Hall with a single ply membrane roofing system; this is to incorporate a maximum of 50mm insulation. The solar panels on the main roof are still under warranty and the original installation company should carry out any work to them. A rolling programme of roof installation will be required and a close working relationship with the nominated sub-contractor will be vital.
