To vacant steel framed industrial premises- Construct external wall linings, internal partitions and ceilings. Supply and install new entrance doorset, internal water supply, heating systems, sanitaryware, drainage, and finishes. All to create Accessible WC, Kitchenette, Cleaner's cupboard and Electrical Services cupboard. Decorate all new rooms and factory space. As Principal co-ordinate programme to allow for electrical, fire systems and sectional door/security door installations by others- directly appointed by West Suffolk Council.
