Internal Refurbishment at vacant industrial unit 11 Hollands Road, Haverhill CB9 8PU - AWARD

Construct external wall linings, internal partitions and ceilings. Create 1 no. new structural opening to new accessible toilet. Supply and install new internal doors and fire doorsets, internal water supply, heating systems, sanitaryware, above ground drainage, and finishes. All to reinstate existing Office and Kitchenette, and to form new toilet and accessible toilet (within existing masonry toilet block). Decorate all rooms and factory space. As Principal co-ordinate programme to allow for electrical, fire systems and sectional door/security door installations by others- directly appointed by West Suffolk Council.
